By adding a zone system to your home, you can lower your fuel bills. Zoning can be installed on most forced air furnace/air conditioning systems as well as most hydronic (boiler) systems. A zone system installed in your home is like having an individual heating/cooling system in each room of your house. A home without a zone system is like a home with one light switch. You would not want to control all your lighting from one switch, so why control your comfort from one thermostat.
